Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL PROCESS FOR WORKING WITH A NEW CUSTOMER?                                                                                 We are ALWAYS Honest & Upfront no matter good or bad!! We ask a few questions to learn more about how we could better serve you, and how you like to do business. After we learn more about you the client, we like to know more about what work you are looking to have done and find out why you are having it done (is something leaking?, Just want a change?) We encourage you to ask us any and all questions, as there is no such thing as a dumb question. With you asking question it helps ease both of our minds, you will then not walk away with unanswered questions, and we know that you are comfortable with us to ask any and all questions you have. We do various trades so being able to walk through a typical process entirely is not very easy... None the less we always ask to meet and measure up the project in person, our reasoning for doing this is so you are getting an exact quote versus an estimated quote. Our customers are number one, They are our refrences and we thrive to make sure that the job at hand is completed to the customers liking and that there is nothing that the customer is not satisfied with.

DESCRIBE A RECENT PROJECT YOU ARE FOND OF. HOW LONG DID IT TAKE?

The last project that we completed (we are fond of all our jobs) was a 13 square siding job that inculding replacing 2 windows, doing window capping on 13 windows, capping the entry doors, capping the overhead garage door, installing fascia, installing soffitt, and painting the remaining trimwork. It was a total transformation on the before and after. It took us 9 days to complete the project start to finish.

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED DOING THIS TYPE OF WORK?                                                                                                       We got started in this field by working for other large companies as well as smaller businesses. In the time working for others, I noticed that I loved the work and I enjoyed being able to make our customer happy. By starting my own business I know that I can guarantee that the customer is getting exactly what they want and not what someone is telling them they want. We like to give you full control over the selection process.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE A CUSTOMER LOOKING TO HIRE A PROVIDER IN YOUR AREA OF WORK?                                                                                                       I would advice that you ask questions. If you are not sure of something and want to have the professional offer suggestions to you, ask them why they like that idea. I would also advice that you should count on the professional needing to see the project at hand in person to give you an accurate estimate of the cost to complete the job. Also, after meeting with some professionals, make sure you get their contact information as well as offer them your contact information, as they should follow up with you if they have not heard from you.

WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD CUSTOMERS THINK THROUGH BEFORE TALKING TO PROFESSIONALS ABOUT THEIR PROJECT?

1) When do I want to have the work done?                                   2) What do I want to have done?                                                    3) Do I know what materials I am wanting to use to have the           project done?                                                                                   4) Will I be wanting the professional to purchase the materials and include the cost with their estimate?                                      5) Do I have a list of questions put together for the professional? So I can ask them various questions to help me with my final decision.
